These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Realtor Tax Pro website and services. By using our site, purchasing a product, or starting a plan, you agree to these Terms.
Realtor Tax Pro provides bookkeeping and tax-organization services for real estate professionals, including: a free bookkeeping checklist, a $27 Realtor Tax Mistake Audit (a digital product), monthly and annual bookkeeping plans, and an optional free strategy call.
Our services help you organize your books and tax documents. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, information provided on this site and through our services is general in nature and is not individualized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and does not guarantee any particular tax outcome. You remain responsible for your own tax filings and decisions and should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
You must be at least 18 years old and using our services for a business purpose.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us at wrabanks@realtortaxpro.net within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your most recent payment for the applicable product or plan. After the 30-day window, monthly payments already billed are non-refundable, though you may cancel future renewals at any time (see Cancellation).
You may cancel the monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period; month-to-month plans are not pro-rated. Annual plans are prepaid for the term. To cancel, email us.
To deliver our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and the documents we request (for example through the secure intake form). You grant us permission to use the materials and information you provide for the purpose of providing the bookkeeping and tax-organization services. You represent that you have the right to share the materials you submit.
The $27 Tax Mistake Audit and other downloadable materials are licensed to you for your own personal and business use. You may not resell or redistribute them.
You agree not to misuse the site or services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.
All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Realtor Tax Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular financial or tax result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realtor Tax Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtor Tax Pro from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
